I wish the answer was more glamorous... I got hooked up to the internet in 1995. I was pregnant with my first child, and I was in baby-mode. When AOL asked me for a screen name, and "WinniethePooh" was already taken, I went with "winipoo". Well, "winipoo" has been my user ID for all sorts of things ever since. And when eBay asked me for an ID, of course, it was "winipoo".
And when I needed to come up with a name for my business, you guessed it! winipoo. It has lost all meaning to me of the stuffed little bear. If I was walking down the street, and someone called out "winipoo!" I'd surely turn around. I identify with it through and through.

My shipping charge is a flat rate, no matter how many purchases you make. First class shipping with delivery confirmation in $3.50. I am happy to ship USPS Priority for $5.00. International shipping is $10.00 for Global Priority. I ship worldwide. Buyer is responsible for customs fees.

I ship within twenty-four hours of payment received for most purchases. Unless otherwise stated, please allow up to 4 weeks for custom designs. You will receive an email with delivery confirmation information when your purchase ships.

If not completely satisfied, return your merchandise within seven days for a full refund, less shipping.

I send out an email newsletter once a week, usually on a Wednesday, with what's new at winipoo. The newsletter is sent through Bravenet. You need to subscribe to the newsletter by entering your information into the form below. You will then receive an email from Bravenet asking you to confirm your subscription. Being on the winipoo mailing list makes you elligible for VIP perks.

Every Wednesday, a member of my mailing list is randomly selected for VIP status for one week. The VIP is announced on my website, under "what's new". A VIP must contact me to claim their rewards. VIP Rewards are free shipping, 10% off all purchases, and a free pair of custom earrings. A VIP must email me their prefered colors before the next VIP is announced in order to receive free earrings. Free earrings are unconditional, no purchases need to be made. A VIP is under no obligation to make any purchases from winipoo jewelry.

Yes. In order to qualify for a wholesale account with winipoo jewelry, you must supply your resale tax ID number. Minimum wholesale order of $1,000 for your first order, and $650 thereafter.
